Right, absolutely. It could above handled that way with a quasi-motion, eliminate type of instruction. But, in fact, what I would say is before these Democrats shut down the questioning and the lawyer caught and on to the fact that Republicans were gaining ground, there actually was some very skillful questioning by Republican Congressman Ratcliffe who got a number of admissions out of Vindman, including that it was really just his opinion for a lot of things, including that it was really his opinion on policy issues that he didn’t hear the president say a lot of the words that he’s now claiming and really very damaging admissions and that’s when the lawyers and Adam Schiff and his cronies tried to block further damaging testimonies. So if you read the whole thing, it’s actually pretty bad and makes Vindman look like kind of a clown for the position he’s made coming in with his uniform and pretending that the gravitas of the army is behind his outrageous positions here.
So was the Ambassador. The Ambassador who Vindman, a week ago, was pinning so much credibility on, defending her honor of apparently has potentially perjured herself with the fact that these emails have come out showing that she was in communication with Schiff’s staff. So Schiff is a material witness here. That seems to be clear. So at a minimum he should be recusing himself and secondly he should sit for a deposition so he can find out what role he played in orchestrating and potentially soliciting the whistleblower complaint and the witness appearing in his sham of a show trial there in the skiff.
