Dhillon Law Group and our co-counsel at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP filed a motion for a preliminary injunction on August 10, 2019 seeking to enjoin California’s unconstitutional law purporting to add a tax disclosure requirement to the Constitutionally-defined qualifications to run for president. Our filings follow a filing by President Trump and his campaign for re-election seeking to enjoin the same law.
