United States Files Statement of Interest in First Amendment Lawsuit Against UC Berkeley

On January 25, 2018, the Unites States filed a statement of interest in our First Amendment lawsuit against UC Berkeley, arguing that strict scrutiny applies, and that UC Berkeley’s policies invite viewpoint discrimination by affording the university officials unbridled discretion.
