California is failing at freedom except when it comes to cannabis, think tank says

California is one of the least free states in the nation, says the libertarian Cato Institute’s latest report, which ranked the Golden State at number 48 out of 50 when it comes to personal and economic freedoms.

Unless, of course, we’re talking about cannabis.

Seeing California’s ranking, Republican National Committee committee woman Harmeet Dhillon said “no kidding.”
