This is outrageous. As Wendy pointed out, the Democrats have been doing this for three decades. The shamelessness. Tenney Kennedy standing up there and judging other people about their behavior and their standards. They have no qualms about doing this but just like with Harry Reid in getting rid of the 60 vote standard in the Senate. They will regret this because eventually the standard will be applied to them and it’s an impossible standard. To Richard’s point about FBI investigating it, Richard, that’s not how it works. The fact of the matter is that memories fade and everybody who’s a lawyer knows that eyewitness memory is the most unreliable and particularly when you involve alcohol. There is no forensic evidence here. There is nothing the FBI can do to find out the truth here. All we have is a smear uncollaborative witnesses.
