Harmeet Dhillon Appears on FBN’s ‘Lou Dobbs Tonight’ To Discuss New WH Rules
According to Dhillon:
At step one in the due process, first you have to have the rules announced in advance and then you have to have a warning to be heard in response. I do think it satisfies the due process. I think it remains to be seen whether Acosta is going to carry out his part which is either behaving or being able to justify his actions. If he chose the line as a result of this then everybody will be better off and we won’t have anything to worry about. If he doesn’t or somebody else doesn’t, then yes, the White House has the right to institute proceedings and giving them an opportunity to respond, and take a final action.

To be fair to the judge, if you read his ruling from the bench it seems clear he felt like he was constrained by a prior decision.
It should be the end for the president’s side. This is handled correctly. This is the extent of his involvement. Who knows what Muller’s going to do with this. There may be a second round. This attempt may go on forever.
