Law360, New York (September 15, 2015, 9:05 PM ET) — Embattled mogul Gurbaksh Chahal and his company, Gravity4 Inc., on Monday were hit with a lawsuit in a California state court by a former executive who accused Chahal of breach of contract and creating a hostile work environment that included racism, threats of violence and verbal abuse.
