Gurbaksh “G” Chahal, the flamboyant ad tech executive who was fired last year from his company after being convicted of beating his former girlfriend, is named in a new lawsuit accusing him and his new company, Gravity4 Software, of gender discrimination and of “secretly monitoring” a female employee.
