A lawsuit against controversial ad tech mogul Gurbaksh ‘G’ Chahal that was dismissed in San Francisco Superior Court on Monday has been refiled in federal court, the plaintiff’s lawyer said Tuesday.

Chahal was being sued by a former employee of his latest company, Gravity4. The employee stated in his complaint that he was threatened and harassed.
