According to Harmeet:
Republicans and Democrats refused to enforce immigration laws, and with terrorism since 9/11, a lot of Americans are looking at legal and illegal migration. We have to look at some of the irrationality for legal immigrants. You mentioned cutting the green card in half. I don’t agree with that. The H1-B workers, those people are waiting legally. Those workers who are here legally and following our rules, came in legally while the president talks about giving instant legal status to the DACA people. If you are a legal H1-B worker in Silicone Valley, your kid when they turn 18 has to go home.
Fighting isn’t going to solve this, but the President does have to fulfill his promises.
