Here is a quick roundup of some of Attorney Dhillon’s most recent comments.

Flakey Senator Flake

Among the many dramatic points in the confirmation battle, one of the most controversial was the action taken by Republican Senator Jeff Flake—who, at the last minute, delayed confirmation hearings by requesting that additional background investigations be performed by the FBI.

“It is high time this man leave the Senate,” Attorney Dhillon said to Lou Dobbs. “Clearly, he has some post-senate game that he’s playing here, but even so, he should be doing his job right now. I would hope to give the benefit of the doubt to Senator Flake that if somebody accused him of something like this, he would be righteously angry like any good man would be. That’s the only way to react when you’re falsely accused of a crime like this. He’s way out of line in criticizing.”

The Left’s Persistence on Race

In another Fox News appearance, Dhillon spoke with Tucker Carlson about how the Democratic Party makes every issue about race—even something like a Supreme Court confirmation, which couldn’t have less to do with race.

“What we are seeing is a phenomenon that’s been happening in America in the last few years and it’s fashionable now to beat up on white men generally because we have the culture of spoils where we are told that you are entitled to certain things in society, certain jobs, and certain places,” Dhillon commented.

Dr. Ford’s Testimony

Dhillon also spoke with Fox News about the Senate testimonies of Dr. Ford and then-Judge Kavanaugh—pointing out some discrepancies in how these two individuals were treated by their interlocutors.

“Most Republicans watching the hearing felt for Dr. Ford and felt like she could be believed,” said Dhillon. “What she was saying, whether it is true or not, you can see how respectfully Republicans treated her compared to the way the Democrats treated Judge Kavanaugh. That was revealing.”

Speaking on the same topic, Dhillon called upon her background as an attorney to note how unreliable something like an eyewitness account can be—especially an eyewitness account of something that happened many years ago.

“The fact of the matter is that memories fade and everybody who’s a lawyer knows that eyewitness memory is the most unreliable and particularly when you involve alcohol,” Dhillon said. “There is no forensic evidence here. There is nothing the FBI can do to find out the truth here. All we have is a smear campaign with uncollaborative witnesses.”
