On July 27, 2018, the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals agreed with the Plaintiffs in Dhillon Law Group’s class action lawsuit surrounding the San Jose anti-Trump Riots, denying Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, and allowing the lawsuit to proceed.
