OAKLAND — The Piedmont Area Republican Women Federated (PARW) held an “After Five” event recently at a private Oakland residence to welcome Harmeet Dhillon as its new member and guest speaker.
“We are pleased and honored to have Harmeet Dhillon as part of our organization,” said Cece Mehlhoff, PARW’s president. “In March of 2013, she was elected as the first woman vice chair of the California Republican Party, and we are eager to hear her opinion of political trends in the state.”
