Brandon has long-standing experience in high pressure litigation matters. He represents a wide range of national and international clients in courts and arbitrations. He has drafted appellate briefs and dispositive motions, taken and defended key depositions, worked with experts in a range of fields and counseled clients in disputes at every level of litigation. Brandon has also served as lead trial counsel in numerous matters, all of which have resulted in successful verdicts for his clients.   • Trial verdict awarding $1.2 million, plus punitive damages, to his clients against the board of directors for a nonprofit organization;
  • Trial verdict for his client on defamation per se claim, including the award of punitive damages;
  • Trial verdict for a winery client against a former contractor who converted the client’s funds;
  • Trial verdict for real estate brokerage client against the brokerage’s former client who refused to pay commissions on a successful commercial real estate transaction;
  • Trial verdict for oil producing property owner against lessee concerning mineral and oil rights under the property;
  • Trial verdict for real estate developer against seller who provided fraudulent title to beach front properties;
  • Trial verdict for financial institution client in action brought by institution’s former client for fraud claims concerning construction loan on commercial development;
  • Arbitration decision for business entrepreneur client concerning misappropriation by former partner of insurance brokerage business; 
  • Arbitration decision for minority shareholders of closed corporation against majority shareholders who misappropriated corporation funds and mismanaged international manufacturing corporation;
  • Prevailing on a motion for summary judgment in the Federal District Court in Washington on an issue of first impression regarding the obligations of a ride-hailing technology platform towards its users;
  • Prevailing on a motion for summary judgment for financial institution for fraud and breach of contract claims brought by institution’s former client arising from mortgage loan.
