Chris’s practice focuses on helping clients use antitrust laws to advance their business goals and to manage their relationships with difficult suppliers or competitors.

Chris’s practice builds on eight years at the US Federal Trade Commission, where he led several significant antitrust matters and served as an advisor to the FTC’s Chairman. In private practice, Chris has prosecuted a number of high-profile antitrust matters involving monopolization, price-fixing, group boycotts, tying and standard-essential patents.
