Mandeep began his legal career at Latham & Watkins, providing corporate counsel to emerging growth technology companies in the consumer web, semiconductor, and biotech sectors. He refined his strategic expertise at McKinsey & Company, working in Silicon Valley, SoCal, Dubai and New Delhi advising Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy, cost optimization, and operational transformation.
As an entrepreneur, Mandeep founded Togetherville, a pioneering social platform for children under 10, which was acquired by Disney Interactive. Following the acquisition, he led strategic initiatives at The Walt Disney Company, shaping consumer web strategies within Disney Interactive. He founded 1StudentBody to deliver authentic communication experiences to the first generation that was growing up continuously connected to mobile devices. He later joined Facebook, where he drove key initiatives in Marketplace, Messenger for Kids, Integrity and Privacy, solidifying his expertise in online privacy, compliance, and user safety. As Co-Founder, Chief Technology and Chief Product Officer, and Board Member of BeMe Health, Mandeep is dedicated to improving adolescent mental health through the integration of authentic mobile cutting-edge technology and human intervention delivered 24/7.
Mandeep is also a founder of Main Street Acquisition Studio, where he leverages AI-driven insights to improve the performance of non-tech businesses in Mergers and Acquisitions. His work focuses on helping traditional companies unlock enterprise value and achieve sustainable growth.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mandeep serves as a founder and board member of PRDesi Cultural & Educational Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating South Asian culture and fostering cross-cultural connections in Puerto Rico. Mandeep’s other non-profit work includes previously serving on the Duke Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Stanford Online High School Board, the Woodland School Board and was the founder and Executive Director of the Lohgarh Retreat.
