Matthew M. Hoesly is Counsel in the Firm’s Orange County office in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Hoesly is admitted to practice law in all of California’s state and federal courts. After nearly a decade of practicing law at an exemplary level and providing immense value to his clients, Mr. Hoesly takes great pride in his meticulous and assertive approach to each of his litigation matters. His practice consists of general litigation, with an emphasis on civil rights litigation, employment litigation and consulting, personal injury litigation and business litigation, including the handling of complex business matters as well as partnership disputes. Mr. Hoesly also has significant experience litigating mass actions and class actions—both in state and federal court—as well as handling appellate matters when the need arises.

Regardless of whether his clientele involves high net-worth persons, celebrities, politicians, or just your average, hardworking individual, Mr. Hoesly brings the same passion, dedication, level of integrity and confidence into each of his representative matters. In his free time, Mr. Hoesly enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends. As an Eagle Scout and a Sonoma County native, Mr. Hoesly has a particular appreciation for nature and the great outdoors. He enjoys playing basketball, golfing, camping, hiking, biking, boating and skiing—both inside and outside of the state. He is also an avid fan of his hometown Bay Area sports teams—the San Francisco Giants, the Golden State Warriors and the San Francisco 49ers.
